Arthur Hogarth

Senior Partner

After a brief career in the oil industry with Schlumberger, Arthur joined Goldman Sachs International in 1988 where he became an Executive Director in the Fixed Income Division running a team of salespeople. In 1996 he moved to Nomura International as Head of Credit Sales working closely with the Principal Finance group distributing structured product into the UK and Europe. In 1999 Arthur moved to DLJ, which was subsequently acquired by Credit Suisse, to work in the UK group specialising in structured products until 2004 when he moved to HSBC to run UK and Hedge fund sales teams. Arthur was promoted to Managing Director in 2005. Arthur has a BSc from Leeds University and a MBA from London Business School.

Wayne Beckwith

Senior Partner

In 1984 Wayne joined Chase Manhattan Bank where he spent 3 years in capital markets support before becoming a trader. Wayne was then recruited by Creditanstalt the Austrian Bank, to manage a multi-currency FRN portfolio for the bank’s balance sheet. Over the next 12 years, Wayne managed the development and growth of the capital markets capabilities at Creditanstalt, during this period, he was appointed Head of a $4 billion FRN trading book. In 2002 he moved to Arab Bank in London to run the money markets and FRN businesses. Following a move of the balance sheet back to the Middle East, Wayne moved to HBOS in 2004 to manage the banks $20 billion FRN liquidity portfolio.

Paul Baker

Paul Baker has had many roles in industry including that of corporate planning manager and general and strategic manager for European operations at Inchcape Testing Services, and financial planning manager and chair of the strategy team at Inmarsat and he managed financial aspects of the privatisation of the intergovernmental organisation. Thereafter, he branched out into a more entrepreneurial roles: raising money for start ups, managing an online gaming company and co-founding a financial advisory business with Alain Galibert in 2002 in Spain. He joined Lindisfarne to manage operations and develop the business.

Jay Briganti

Jay has held leading trading and treasury roles at Sachsen LB and Helaba. Currently he specialises in financial names in both fixed and floating form.

Peter Matthews

Peter’s career started in equities and he subsequently gathered extensive experience in fixed income and money markets at both broking and Investment Banking firms, including 15 years at ABN AMRO. His time there included spells in both London and New York: running their global FRN trading books then latterly helping to run their credit trading desks and finally managing investment portfolios for the bank.

Stephen boasts over 30yrs experience with a variety of banks and brokerages and specialises in financials across all major currencies.
